  • "Discovering yoga over 20 years ago helped me overcome injuries and enhance my personal well-being. After years of practice in the Ashtanga lineage and teacher training with Ana Forrest in 2006, I've embraced yoga's power to ease the body, expand the mind, heal trauma, and transform life patterns. Yoga has empowered me to live with clarity, strength, and beauty, and I'm passionate about sharing this transformative practice with others."

JIMENA RODRÍGUEZ

  • "My yoga journey began at 16, nurtured by my mom’s studio in Ensenada, B.C. My passion deepened during a transformative 10-month trip to Asia in 2017, where I embraced meditation, conscious movement, and yoga. I earned my first 200hr TTC in vinyasa, hatha, and ashtanga in India. Upon returning to Mexico, I taught at Maya Yoga in Ensenada and continued my practice in Sayulita and Oaxaca. In Los Cabos, I discovered and fell in love with yin yoga, obtaining a 100hr certificate. Continuously drawn back to India to explore further, I now joyfully reside in Los Cabos, sharing the spiritual and physical benefits of yoga."
